Ren Shin Kai

Ren Shin Kai is a fun, welcoming club with reasonable rates and an open style practice. Located in Fushimi-ku it is a bit of a distance from the core of the city, but is still easily accessed by train lines. Frequented by friendly, high level practitioners, Ren Shin Kai is a great club for those who prefer an hour of open keiko.

Date & Time:  Every Thursday (7:00pm - 8:00pm) and Sunday (9:00 - 10:30am junior practice, 11:00am - 12:00pm adult practice) excluding national holidays

Fee:  1500¥ per month

English: Limited. Practices are conducted in Japanese.

Access:  From Kyoto Station, take the subway to Takeda station. Switch to the Kintetsu line and get off at Momoyamagoryo-Mae. From the exit, head West. It is a 10 minute walk from the station.

Alternatively, from Keihan Fushimimomoyama Station, the walk is 8 minutes.
